The Dream Factory has chapters across the United States. It grants wishes to children with a life threatening illnesses or who are chronically ill.
Kids Wish Network

Kids Wish Network grants first wishes. It also strives to maintain ongoing relationships with its wish kids. It has also developed a funeral assistance program to assist the families of the wish kids who have passed away.
Make A Wish

Grants wishes to children under the age of 18 with life-threatening illnesses.
Marty Lyons Foundation
Grants wishes to any child between the ages of 3 and 17 who has been diagnosed as having a terminal or life-threatening illness by their attending physician and confirmed by the Foundation's medical advisors shall be eligible.
The child must reside or be receiving medical treatment within the geographic locations of the Foundation's principal office or chapters.
The Starlight Foundation

A Special Wish Foundation

A Special Wish Foundation, Incl., is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to granting the wishes of children from birth to the age of 21 and diagnosed as having a life-threatening disorder. This is one of the few organizations that will grant wishes to infants.

Serves New England children, ages 3 to 18 with life-threatening or chronic degenerative diseases.
Horses for Hope
"Horses for Hope is a program in Michigan that lets children with cancer and their families take riding lessons, and take guided trail rides with their families."
Indiana Children's Wish Fund
The indiana Children's Wish Fund grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses between the ages of 2 1/2 and 20. Most referrals are between 3 to 18 years of age.
Magic Moments grants wishes to children 4 to 19 living or being treated in Alabama, who have chronic, life-threatening diseases or who have severe trauma (burns, spinal cord, head trauma).
New Hope for Kids
"New Hope for Kids mission is to support children and families grieving the death of a loved one and to grant wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses in Central Florida.
The Rainbow Connection

For Michigan residents. The wish request must be reasonable and achievable. The condition of the child must be verified by a licensed physician. The child must be between the ages of 3 and 18 years old. The child cannot have had a wish granted by any other wish organization.

Wish Upon A Star

Serves children in the state of California. Nonprofit, law enforcement effort designed to grant wishes of children afflicted with high-risk and terminal illnesses.
A Wish With Wings
Grants the Wishes of Texas children with life-threatening diseases between the ages of 3 and 18. To be eligible to receive a Wish through a Wish With Wings, children must be diagnosed with a life-threatening disease, reside in or be treated in the state of Texas.
Adventures for Wish Kids
Offers adventures and support programs to children with life threatening illnesses and their families to make certain that hope continues (after the wish).
HopeKids provides ongoing events and activities plus a powerful, unique support community for children with cancer and other life-threatening medical conditions. This organization is similar to Adventures for Wish Kids. HopeKids is in several states with plans to expand further.
Give Kids the World
Give Kids The World Village is a non-profit resort in Central Florida that creates magical memories for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. They work with wish granting organizations to provide a whimsical resort with donated attraction tickets, meals and more for a week-long cost-free fantasy vacation.
Similar to Give Kids the World for Southern California wishes. Wishland partners with many wish-granting organizations from all over the world to bring families to Southern California for a cost-free, weeklong dream vacation.
